What happens at the end of my contract?
For customers who receive an energy system through California's SGIP program, the details of Haven's service offering are explained in your Energy Service Agreement or ESA.
At the end of your ESA, you have options. You can extend your agreement so you can continue enjoying the system, transfer ownership of the system to yourself (the specific terms for transfer depend on your agreement), or have Haven remove it at no cost.
We’ll review all available options with you as you approach the end of your service term.
